Through its cooperation with strategic University partners, the Pan-European Seal offers an extensive catalogue of IP training materials, providing professional input to academic education and helping improve the professional qualifications of young graduates.

Thus, through the Learning Portals of their respective Academies, the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) and EPO (European Patent Office) will make available e-Learning material on IP (Intellectual Property) and IP protection/enforcement produced by the Offices, as well as by other IP organisations. This will be provided, free of charge as a professional complement to partner Universities’ IP training syllabuses. The eLearning portal also contains some content subject to payable fees.

At the EUIPO Academy Learning Portal, as well as the EPO's online training, all courses are structured according to different levels of IP knowledge and intensity – they can be used by absolute beginners as well as those who already have a good grounding in IP.

Training the future Intellectual Property (IP) experts!

The University of Innsbruck offers you the opportunity to apply for a traineeship at the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) with a monthly training allowance, E-Learning courses and other benefits.

Through the Pan-European Seal Traineeship Programme young university graduates are given the opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job professional work experience in the multicultural environments of the EUIPO.

Each strategic partner university is entitled to submit a yearly shortlist of five deserving candidates to EUIPO, from which a yearly average of 100 trainees will be selected, according to each student’s profile and considering the Offices’ needs.
